  • 2 oz hot water Hot, but not boiling to avoid bitterness
  • 1 teaspoon liquid sweetener (e.g., agave nectar) Adjust to taste
  • 5 oz milk (dairy or plant-based) Oat milk is preferred
  • Ice For serving

Strawberry Sweet Cream Components

  • 2-3 medium strawberries Use fresh strawberries for best flavor
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz milk
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener Adjust to taste

Method

Make the Matcha Latte

  • In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
  • Add the liquid sweetener and mix well.

Prepare the Strawberry Sweet Cream

  • Blend the strawberries, heavy cream, 1 oz milk, and the teaspoon of sweetener until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Drink

  • In a glass, add ice, then pour the matcha mixture over it.
