Strawberry Sweet Cream Components
- 2-3 medium strawberries Use fresh strawberries for best flavor
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 1 oz milk

Method
Make the Matcha Latte
- In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
- Add the liquid sweetener and mix well.
Prepare the Strawberry Sweet Cream
- Blend the strawberries, heavy cream, 1 oz milk, and the teaspoon of sweetener until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Drink
- In a glass, add ice, then pour the matcha mixture over it.
