- 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular can be used)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Method
Preparation
- Wash the strawberries and hull them to remove the green tops. Then chop the strawberries into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and honey (if using), stirring well until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries until they are evenly distributed in the yogurt.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop dollops of the strawberry yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the dots are completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove them from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container or zip-top bag.

Notes
These Strawberry Yogurt Dots are best enjoyed straight from the freezer. They can also be used as toppings for ice creams or desserts. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
