Method
Preparation
- Preheat the pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, cooked rice or quinoa, chopped onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully separate the napa cabbage leaves and fill each leaf with the turkey mixture, rolling them up tightly.
Cooking
- Place the rolls seam-side down in the pan and cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serving
- Serve stuffed cabbage rolls hot from the pan, drizzled with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy as a main dish or appetizer.
