  • 1 head Napa cabbage leaves
  • 1 lb Ground turkey Can substitute with ground beef, chicken, or plant-based options
  • 1 cup Rice or quinoa, cooked Cook before mixing with filling
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
  • In a bowl, mix ground turkey, cooked rice or quinoa, chopped onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Carefully separate the napa cabbage leaves and fill each leaf with the turkey mixture, rolling them up tightly.

Cooking

  • Place the rolls seam-side down in the pan and cook until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Serving

  • Serve stuffed cabbage rolls hot from the pan, drizzled with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy as a main dish or appetizer.
