Ingredients

Mushroom Ingredients

  • 12 large large white mushrooms
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
  • Serve warm.
