Mushroom Ingredients
- 12 large large white mushrooms
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.
- Serve warm.

Notes
