Ingredients
For the Cookie Crust
- 1 batch sugar cookie dough Use homemade or store-bought.
For the Cream Cheese Filling

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Toppings
- 1 cup fresh blueberries For the stars in the flag design.
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced For the stripes in the flag design.
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Optional: additional fresh fruits for decoration Feel free to mix based on your preference.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the sugar cookie dough and press it into a pizza pan to form the crust.
- Bake according to the dough instructions until golden. Let cool.
Making the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Assembly
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange the fresh berries on top to create an American flag design, using blueberries for the stars and stripes with strawberries and raspberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into slices and enjoy.
