Method
Preparation
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sunflower seeds, maple syrup, and salt.
- Stir in the melted chocolate until everything is well mixed.
- Scoop the mixture into bite-sized portions and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm, then enjoy as a healthy snack.
