Method
Preparation
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 10-15 minutes until pork chops are cooked through and tender.
