Wrap Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Gravy Use your favorite gravy
  • 2 cups Leftover turkey Shredded or diced
  • 1 cup Stuffing Use leftover stuffing
  • 1 cup Mashed potatoes Use leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded (any variety)
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Diced
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Optional topping

Method

Preparation

  • Start by laying a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread a layer of gravy in the center.
  • Add a layer of leftover turkey, followed by stuffing and mashed potatoes.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top, then add some shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
  • Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create a wrap.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy your Thanksgiving Crunchwrap!
