  • 1 loaf French baguette Sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For best flavor

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
