Method
Cooking Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent.

- Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drizzle with apple cider vinegar, add red pepper flakes if desired, and stir well.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
