Method
Preparation
- Add the cottage cheese, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no visible curds.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes for a thicker, scoopable consistency (optional).
- Serve with a spoon and enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to four days.
