Method

Preparation

  • Add the cottage cheese, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no visible curds.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if desired by adding more maple syrup.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes for a thicker, scoopable consistency (optional).
  • Serve with a spoon and enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to four days.
