Ingredients
For the lasagna
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 pound ground pork you can substitute with ground chicken, beef, or a vegetarian option
- 2 cups chicken broth can use vegetable broth for a vegetarian version
- 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella or a cheese blend works well
- 1 cup chopped green onions for garnish
- to taste soy sauce adds flavor to the ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- to taste salt and pepper

Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat some oil and sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Assembly
- In a baking dish, layer wonton wrappers, the pork mixture, chicken broth, green onions, and cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Drizzle with sesame oil and serve hot.

Notes
