Method
Preparation
- Place the almond flour, shredded coconut, salt, turmeric, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract into a food processor.
- Pulse the ingredients until a thick, sticky dough forms. Make sure the lemon zest is evenly mixed in.
Shaping
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of dough at a time. Roll it between your palms to create smooth, round balls.
- Put extra shredded coconut in a shallow bowl. Roll each ball in the coconut until it is fully coated.
Chilling
- Place the bliss balls on a tray or in a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This step helps them firm up.
Storage
- Keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.
