  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese Greek yogurt can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon THM Gentle Sweet or Pyure Organic Stevia Adjust for sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter Substitute with almond or cashew butter if desired.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1 scoop THM Integral Collagen Can be replaced with other protein options.
  • 1 teaspoon THM Simply Sunflower Lecithin (optional) or Great Lakes Collagen or THM Pristine Whey Protein
  • 8-10 pieces ice cubes Add more if needed.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gluccie
  • 3 doonks THM Mineral Salt Or pinches to taste.
