- 1 scoop THM Integral Collagen Can be replaced with other protein options.
- 1 teaspoon THM Simply Sunflower Lecithin (optional) or Great Lakes Collagen or THM Pristine Whey Protein
- 8-10 pieces ice cubes Add more if needed.
- 1/2 teaspoon Gluccie
- 3 doonks THM Mineral Salt Or pinches to taste.
