Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a grill-safe pan or parchment paper.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Cooking
- Place the meatloaf on the grill and cook for about 45-60 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
