  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme

Method

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a grill-safe pan or parchment paper.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Cooking

  • Place the meatloaf on the grill and cook for about 45-60 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
