- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Optional: garlic powder or dried herbs for added flavor
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the olive oil and slowly mix in the water until the dough comes together. Adjust water as needed.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a minute or two until it’s smooth.
- Roll it out to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Add your favorite toppings—sauce, cheese, veggies, or meats.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Slice and serve hot.

Notes
