Method
Cooking
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until tender.
- Add the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, until everything is heated through and flavors are combined.
- Serve warm.
